it was our first visit to Mount Abu and we just called the manager Mr. Jayant Pareek from Kolkata and gave him the details of our arrival (we stayed there for 2days, 22nd to 24th Oct 2015). We weren't even bothered about anything else, we got down at Abu Road station late at evening (like 9PM or so) where the car was ready for us to take to the hotel...
